Bilateral Audio Pack
The sound of the free tool, as MP3 files you own. Put them on your phone, lock the screen, and let them run.
20-second preview of the 1 Hz track. Headphones on.
One-time payment through Stripe. Download link appears right after checkout.
Why Files Instead of the Free Tool or the Videos
- Screen off. The web tool needs an open browser tab. YouTube on a phone stops when you lock the screen unless you pay for YouTube Premium. An MP3 keeps playing in your pocket or on the nightstand.
- No ads, no buffering, no connection. Works on a plane, in bed, on a walk, anywhere.
- Loop it, or put it in a playlist. Any music app can repeat a track or play it alongside whatever else you use to settle.
- Same sound. The exact tone and left-right pattern as the free tool. If the tool works for you, this will.
What Is in the Pack
| Track | Rate | Length | Good for |
|---|---|---|---|
| Bilateral Stimulation 1 Hz | One swap per second | 30 min | Grounding sessions at the tool's default speed |
| Bilateral Stimulation 1 Hz | One swap per second | 45 min | Longer sessions and deep work |
| Slow Bilateral Stimulation 0.8 Hz | Slightly slower | 30 min | Calmer sets, unwinding |
| Slow Bilateral Stimulation 0.8 Hz | Slightly slower | 45 min | Longer calm sessions |
| Sleep Bilateral Stimulation 0.5 Hz | One swap every two seconds, lower tone | 45 min | Falling asleep. Fades out over the last two minutes |
Five MP3 files, about 140 MB in total, delivered as one zip. Tagged with title and artist so they show up properly in any music app.
Before You Buy
- Headphones are required. The effect depends on the tone alternating between your ears. Speakers cannot do that.
- These are pure tones, not music. The preview above is exactly what you get, for longer.
- Not for you? Reply to your receipt email within 14 days and you will get a refund, no questions.
- New to bilateral stimulation on your own? Read Is it safe to use alone? first.
How to Use It
- Unzip the download. On a phone, the Files app or Downloads folder can open the zip directly.
- Play a track in any music or file app, or import the files into your music library so they sync to your phone.
- Put on headphones, set a comfortable volume, and press repeat if you want it to run longer than the track.
Prefer the free version? The browser tool and the YouTube tracks are not going anywhere.
